We have three great
Kiwi chefs with us this summer. Tracy (left) is Executive Chef and Bonnie
(right) is Chief Chef Shani (not pictured) is still our Relieving Chef.
Amongst the three girls is a wealth of experience from fine dining, private
schools, restaurants, night clubs, cafes and nationwide franchises. Just take a look at
our new summer menu. My waist line will tell you that I have been a full time
guest in the kitchen sampling some of the wonderful new lavender creations,

Our two baristas
Ashlee (head barista) and Angie are preparing great coffees on Max's La
Marzocco machine. We have not changed from Bruno Rossi coffee and they are
made as tasty as ever. Don't forget our signature desert/coffee a Foveaux
Storm with lavender syrup, lavender ice cream and a shot ofcoffee on top.
They are served in a cocktail glass with lavender biscotti. |
