Delivery Information (Please realise we cannot be responsible for delays).

Consumer Guarantee: We are proud of our reputation for very high quality lavender products, gifts, novelties, foods and toys. We hope that you will be as delighted with your purchases as we have been sourcing them.
If, for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please return the item with your full purchase documentation to us with an explanation for the return and we will give a full refund (including postage). No questions asked. For returns please phone, fax or email and we will be pleased to assist you.

Our commitment is to your 100% satisfaction. New Zealand items are delivered in 2-4 working days. Australian items are delivered within 6 - 12 working days. International Airmail items are delivered within 10-25 working days. Heaver items (like large amounts of Essential Oil) may incur extra costs. If under these circumstances additional charges are made of us we will advise you before actioning any sale.

Shipping Fees. Please note that these fees are based exactly on charges made by New Zealand Post. Whilst we make every effort to keep up to date we cannot guarantee complete daily accuracy.

As we live 20km out of town we charge a NZ$2.50 handling fee on all orders.
