After 15 years Max and Liz have decided to move on and try other things in life.

Whitebay World of Lavender is at the stage where it should be enlarged by by another 100+ seats to take advantage of the wedding market. Every week someone asks them to cater for a wedding or similar function. This step would encompass opening more than the existing 10am to 4pm and selling liquor.

Max and Liz have always seen Whitebay as a lifestyle rather than a workplace. They feel its now time for someone else to take the reins.
