| Our New Chef
Sarah Baines is English and loves baking. Lavender
gingerbread men, cheesecakes, truffles and mouth
watering sweets. Signature dishes include Lavender
Marinated Beef Kebabs and her baked lavender bread loaf
stuffed with silver beet, cream cheese seasonal
vegetables and our own Herbs de Provence.

Nichole Cumming is up to speed with the three group
twin boiler La Marzocca coffee machine. We have 12 types
of coffee, 100% squeezed orange, feijoa and berry
juices. There are also three milkshakes, three smoothies
and a range of organic cola, ginger beer lemonade and
more.

At Whitebay you always get table service. Our
wonderful Nanette Spence, or her staff, will show you to
your table and assist you with your dining experience.
Nanette is another "local" so feel free to ask her any
questions about the farm that you may have.
